Golden Days currently delivers to all countries within the EU, Switzerland, UK, Canada & USA. Upon your order being placed, we aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible, however shipment policies and timelines will vary by country.

*  The above delivery timings do not include weekends, holidays or any delays on the courier's end due to weather, traffic, etc. Estimated delivery date may also be delayed if a change of delivery option is submitted by the customer. 

 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

For shipments within the EU, all duties & VAT are included in the selling price. There should be no additional fees on delivery.

For international shipments, you may incur duties & taxes upon delivery, which the customer will be responsible for. Golden Days does not have control over these fees and cannot advise on the costs, as they vary by item and location. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please also be advised that Golden Days is not able to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

EU

We offer free returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, for unworn and undamaged jewelry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging, as failure to do so will result in a fee of €5.

To initiate your return within the 30-day window, please email us at ciao@goldendaysmilano.com.You will need to provide your order number, along with your postal code, country and the email address used to purchase. We will then provide you with a pre-paid return label that can be attached to your return package.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, for unworn and undamaged jewelry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging, as failure to do so will result in a fee of €5.

To initiate your return within the 30 day window, please email us at ciao@goldendaysmilano.com.You will need to provide your order number, along with your postal code, country and the email address used to purchase. We will then get back to you with the option to either:

  1. Use a return label from Golden Days and have the cost of the return deducted from your refund amount.
  2. Pay for the return at the drop-off location of your choice. Please be sure to keep the tracking information.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items that have been worn or damaged in any way.

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds will be issued to your credit card or the original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, please first contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at ciao@goldendaysmilano.com for support.

 

EXCHANGES

If you have received the incorrect item, or an item that is defective or damaged, we will apologize for the inconvenience and will replace this for you free of charge. Please send us an email at ciao@goldendaysmilano.com in order to initiate this process.

For exchanges on products that are not incorrect or damaged, please follow the returns process above and place a new order on our website for your replacement item.

 

1 YEAR WARRANTY

Our jewelry is designed to last. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any manufacturer defects or breakages. Just reach out to us at ciao@goldendaysmilano.com with your order number, a photo and description of your issue, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.

Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or tarnishing due to normal wear & tear or improper care. Please visit our ‘Jewelry Care’ page for details on how to keep your jewelry looking sparkly & new.

 

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after the courier has dropped them off. If your package has been recorded as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier but you haven’t received it, we suggest:

  1. Verifying your shipping address to ensure it’s correct.
  2. Reaching out to your neighbours, and checking around your property in case the carrier left it in a discrete location to prevent theft.
  3. Contacting the carrier directly to inquire about the whereabouts of your package. Occasionally, carriers will mark a package as ‘delivered’ pre-emptively, therefore deliveries can occur after the ‘delivered’ stats has been provided.
